Intuitive coaching is a present-focused, embodied process that helps you reconnect with yourself. It blends deep listening, somatic awareness, emotional presence, and inner guidance. We don’t diagnose. We don’t over-analyze your past memories. We simply slow down enough to listen to what your body, voice, and emotions are already trying to tell you.
As a trauma-informed coach, I hold space for your whole self — your thoughts, your feelings, your intuition, and the nervous system patterns that shape how you show up in the world.
