No. You never need to share more than you want to. Some clients speak openly, others don’t — both are completely okay.

How is this different from therapy?

This is coaching, not clinical treatment. While it may feel therapeutic, it’s present-focused, non-diagnostic, and rooted in somatic and expressive tools.

I don’t know what I need — can I still start?

Absolutely. Many people come to this work feeling unsure — that’s often the perfect place to begin. We’ll explore gently, without pressure.

Can I work with you if I’m not in New York?

Yes. While I’m based on the East Coast, I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Sessions are always online.
